About Sarah
Sarah founded Little Light Kid Yoga to share her love for yoga with children and help them reap the life-changing benefits that yoga offers. She uses storytime, music, games, and art activities in her classes to make yoga fun and engaging for children and their families. Her goal is to create a sense of community and connection among her students, where they can feel safe to express themselves and learn valuable life skills like self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-acceptance.
Apart from teaching kid's yoga, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and pup hiking and camping. There's something about being in nature that helps her recharge and feel more connected to the world around her. She is eager to meet you and help your child on their yoga journey! Whether your little one is looking to improve their focus, build their confidence, or simply have fun while getting active, she’s here to support them every step of the way.
